Alluvia

Alluvia is connected to the elements water and earth, therefore her name was derived from the word alluvium, which is a sediment (earth material what was transported by water)

Although she is ageless, she appears to be in her late twenties. 

If you combine earth and water you will get nothing but mud, which is slow. Therefore, everything of Alluvia is slow. Her movements are slow, but very graceful. Her digestion is slow, however she is a little too thin than she should be. Her memory is a little slow but she will remember everything. Her big blue eyes can see everything, even the smallest changes in the room. 

Mentally she is very stable because she will take the time for everything she does. Whether it is cooking or gardening. Therefore she uses everything she does as some kind of meditation. It will keep her vital, strong, alert and mentally very strong and peaceful. 

But there is a dark-side, she can get too easily attached to people, animals, places and even things. When she needs to say goodbye, she forces herself to hide this terrible feeling. To ignore her sadness, she starts eating whatever she finds. Because her digestion is slow, she will gain weight very easily but loosing weight is a very difficult thing for her. Which makes her even more sad and because everything is slow in her, she suffers for weeks. ‘Emotional digestion’ is slow too. 

She is very patient, friendly to every living being and won’t get angry very fast. But when you get her angry, then everyone will know that. Even Bubble won’t be able to calm her down. She prefers quite environments. 

She has rupophobia; she is extremely fearful for dirt or anything else in that matter, especially when she can actually feel it, such as glue. She will never eat with her hands because of this fear. 

Alluvia works in her own little flower shop where she can play with her elements; earth and water. Because she feels what every flower needs, she is able to create the most beautiful flower arrangements in the world. She is quiet famous for that, however no matter how many costumers she has, she still takes her time. 

Her favourite colour is red and brown. 

Hobby: gardening is her passion. No matter how much earth and water are touching her hands, she won’t feel any anxiety then. She can continue gardening without feeling any kind of fear or any emotion that can cause any kind of trouble. 

She has no favourite diner because she likes every kind of food, aside from those that should be eaten with her hands of course. 

Clothes: she likes clothes that are comfortable enough while gardening and she isn’t worried for mud on her clothes. When she is not gardening she likes to walk around in one of her kimono’s. 

Friends: she two best friends are Brii and Bubble. They can also be considered as her sisters. 

Media: a4 marker paper, 45 Promarkers, Sepia watercolor pencil, Uni Posca paint fineliner orange and white.
